1. Agreement
By engaging GROWVENA or using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Retainers are month-to-month unless a longer term is agreed in writing. Cancel anytime with 15-day written notice.
3. Deliverables & IP
All deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. GROWVENA retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a mutual NDA states otherwise.
4. Payment
Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payments accrue 2% interest per month.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Nashik courts.
